Refunds
Refunds are only available if the jewellery you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Include all original tags, certificates (if any), and packaging. Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
How to Start a Return

Share your order details and, if applicable, clear photos of the damaged/defective product. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to return your item.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your preferred piece is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the jewellery of your choice.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll inform you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Dur E Najf Jewellery will cover the return shipping cost. For other cases (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
